NC3D is a 3D visualization consulting firm specializing in transportation, architecture
and urban design projects. Our 3D visualizations show projects in
context, provide realistic expectations and stimulate community
involvement. We seek to help our clients communicate and inspire with visual narratives. Our services include 3D animation, photo
simulation, video production, web development and virtual reality.
3D visualizations make information less abstract, allowing people to understand it, more easily, with fewer chances for misinterpretation. Visualizations are particularly useful at demonstrating the impact of development proposals on the sense of place, pedestrian movement, traffic patterns, geography, engineering design and other issues vital to the understanding and acceptance of a project.
Founded in 1988 as Seed Design Simulation, NC3D was one of the first companies to enter the 3D visualization field. Over the past 19 years, we've remained on the cutting edge of 3D technology through continuing education and participation in numerous projects. It is our mission to employ the best in art and technology to facilitate communication between designers and their clients.
