The Portland City Model is a digital 3D model of Downtown Portland, Oregon including buildings, bridges, trees, local and regional terrain.  The model is available for licensing on a per-project basis, for trade on academic and not-for-profit projects and at no-charge on in-house projects.

First & Main
NC3D worked with Shorenstein Properties and GBD Architects on "First & Main", Portland, Oregon's first new Class-A office and retail space in over a decade.  We created animations and stills that will be used to attract prospective tenants for the 346,500 square feet of office space that will be available in this 16-story tower.

The Mirabella

We worked with Ankrom Moisan Architects to create renderings of this 30-story senior housing tower.  Portland's South Waterfront district is one of the largest urban redevelopment projects in the United States, and we've enjoyed the working with many of the architects, developers, designers and others involved in it's renewal.

The Wyatt
The Wyatt is a 15-story mixed-use development in Portland's Pearl District that emphasizes livability, sustainability, and community. Newlands & Company, Inc. created 3D animations and still renderings to highlight the quality of the design and  the importance of place. The Wyatt bridges the Pearl District's industrial past to its present role as Portland's thriving urban center. Newlands & Company's images and animation were integrated into the project marketing website located at www.thewyatt.com.
