(1992-2008) The Portland City Model is a digital 3D model of Portland, Oregon created by NC3D with help from Metro, the City of Portland, ODOT, Tri-Met and numerous firms and individuals including Williams and Dame Development, Ankrom Mosian, FFA, GBD, Hennebery Eddy, Thomas Hacker and ZGF Architects.

The Portland City Model was created in 3D Studio Max and is available in most professional 3D file formats.  The City Model also available in VR4Max and Autodesk Land Explorer real-time VR formats.  The model can be licensed on a per-project basis for a fee or for trade.
