 Newlands & Company, Inc. produced a narrated five-minute video for this large mixed-use development and lifestyle center in Medford, Oreogn. The video explained the project from the perspectives of planners, neighbors, shoppers and prospective tenants. The 3D animation used a very large scale background model developed from a regional GIS. NC3D collaborated with Carter + Burgiss who provided 3D building models in Autodesk Architectural Desktop format.
